Eva Garrel: CMO for one to three days a week

You have enough marketing. What you lack is decisions.

The teams, the channels and the data already work. I find where the next growth is hiding and point marketing at it. And it matters even more now that buyers are starting to choose with AI.

Thirty minutes on your question, on me.We find the growth point and the next step. No obligation to continue.

What people come to me with

Recognise your situation?

These are the four sentences I hear most often. I wrote them down word for word, because nobody puts it better than the owners themselves.

01

"The business works,
but where to grow is unclear"

What is happening

Revenue holds, the team works, and growth does not come. A year ago it looked much the same. Decisions get made out of habit, and the market moves on.

Where we start

With an audit. I look for where growth actually exists. In which segment, with which product, at which price. Channel costs come later, that part is arithmetic.

02

"We spend a lot
and I don't know what's working"

What is happening

The money leaves on schedule and the reports look lovely. Everyone counts their own piece. The agency counts clicks, sales counts enquiries, and nobody counts revenue as a whole.

Where we start

I count channels in money, not in clicks. Within a month you have a report you read yourself, without a translator.

03

"Plenty of people to do the work,
nobody to make the calls"

What is happening

Contractors work, campaigns run, tasks get closed. And the decisions about who we sell to and which channel comes first just hang there. The contractor has no authority, you have no time.

Where we start

I make those decisions and put them in writing. Not as advice in a meeting, but as a document the team works from after I am gone.

04

"AI never
mentions us"

What is happening

Your buyer increasingly takes the question to a chat and gets a finished answer with two or three names in it. Yours is not among them. And you will never find out, because no report shows that loss.

Where we start

I look at what AI says on your topics and whom it names. Then we build material so that it names you. Your numbers, your wording, your sources.

If you recognised yourself in even one of these, the conversation will be concrete. If I cannot help, I will say so straight away.

What you get

You leave with decisions, not questions

We agree on the outcome before the work starts. So that at the end we both see the same thing, whether it worked or not.

  1. The next day

    Three priorities

A one-page letter: what to do first and what to stop doing tomorrow.

  2. In two weeks

AI decisions with a price tag

Up to five automations and the hours and money each one returns.

  3. In three months

    Marketing that runs without me

A strategy you can explain in two minutes, a plan with named owners and a report about money.

If at month three the strategy is still "almost ready", the engagement is drifting. That test applies to me too.

Collaboration

Where to begin?

You can start with a thirty-minute conversation. After that you decide. I will not talk you into anything, I lay out the options and tell you which one I would choose in your place.

Discuss growth30 minutes, I reply personally within 24 hours

If the task sounds like "build us a site and run some ads", I will say so honestly. A good agency can handle that. I can tell you what to look for when you pick one.

Case

A 12,000-part spreadsheet that started selling on its own

An engineering catalogue lived in spreadsheets: 12,000 parts, or 23,000 items once every variant is counted. Clients still had to call to find the right part. A day and a half from enquiry to invoice became thirty minutes.

«With Eva we went from “let's try online” to a systemic channel that brings in a quarter of revenue. She thinks in numbers and deadlines, isn't afraid to argue with owners and drives things to result. A partner you actually do things with.»

«Eva is a rare person where strategy and human intonation live in one head. She speaks with press, team and client so everyone hears the same thing, and each feels personally addressed. With her, a brand sounds, not merely exists.»

  • •Two weeks before opening, the investor left the project. I rebuilt the financial model and opened the clinic with my own money.
  • •1,300 hours of professional cosmetology training before opening. I understand what happens to skin in every procedure we offer.
  • •Orii's first client was me. I went through the full protocol before I put a price on it.

Industry that sells online

  • •I was brought in with "make it sell online". The new channel added 23% to company revenue.
  • •A day and a half from enquiry to invoice became thirty minutes. The calculation used to go through an engineer and several rounds of clarification. Now the system does it.

About

Growth · Intent

In marketing since 2013. Seventeen markets, dozens of brands grown calmly and without tricks.

I take on no more than three or four projects at a time. Marketing for five clients at once turns into a newsletter of advice.

Moscow, Europe and worldwide. I work where there is quiet and good light.

A good strategy ends in a clear Monday.
