This page is not a legal contract, it's a straightforward explanation of what data is collected on the site, how it's used and how you can manage your privacy.
What I collect
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, operating system, language and entry page. Behavioural data: page views, clicks, time on page and traffic source. Personal data: only what you leave in the enquiry form or the test (name, email or Telegram, your message and test answers), or send me by email or messenger.
How it's used
Data helps me understand which content is useful, improve the site and respond to your enquiries. I use your enquiry and test answers only to reply and prepare for our conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. I don't sell data to third parties and don't send newsletters without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the banner: until then analytics runs in denied mode (Consent Mode v2) and advertising cookies are never used. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies and analytics" link in the footer or by clearing site data in your browser.
Storage and security
Enquiries from the site are stored in the site's secure database, which only I can access. Technical data is stored on the servers of analytics providers, and correspondence stays in my inbox. I take reasonable measures to protect information, but I cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for processing. To do this, email hi@evagarrel.com.

The site contains links to external services (LinkedIn, Telegram and others). I don't control their privacy policies and recommend reviewing their terms.
